### Why we see our clients as the heroes of our brand

### Unusual Risks Insured is a proud purpose-driven brand that celebrates the success of its clients.

> It takes a lot of effort to live a life true to yourself.

We get to stand up and be advocates for our clients so they don't have to. We celebrate their decision to make us quietly part of their story.

Even though we might never get to see them face to face, we learn about them through our online and phone conversations together and over time get to know more about their aspirations, their concerns and their plans for this life.

Every one of them has had to push back against ignorance and discrimination, deal with stigma and even find safer ways to talk about complex personal health issues.

Whenever one of them completes our anonymous [online pre-assessment ](https://unusualrisks.com.au/index.php?Itemid=829)and then begins an email conversation with us, it's further evidence of their absolute persistence and determination to protect and provide for those they love and not to be defined by a chronic condition. Our clients push on past themselves to live a bigger life. Is it any wonder we call them the heroes of our brand?

It's what we call living the unusual life! And we love that.  And we're proud to play our very small part in their very big life.
